Custom code written for clients becomes the intellectual property of the client only upon full payment of services rendered, subject to the specific Master Service Agreement.
When engaging our services, clients agree to provide necessary materials, constructive feedback, and required approvals in a timely manner to ensure project success. Delays in client feedback may impact the overall project timeline and delivery estimates.
In no event shall s3devs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
